Affordability with quality is the USP of Color Digital India. By launching the new 10-ft MegaJet printers, the company is making easy entry for new comers into eco-solvent/UV printing so that they can avail the opportunity and make the most of it. These printers have been manufactured indigenously in the company’s state-of-the-art facility at Kasna Industrial Area in Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR. Being at the NCR, CDI is capable of meeting all the demands for solvent and eco-solvent printers not only in the vicinity but also across the north-western region of the country.

Tejinder informs that in the last six months, the company has manufactured and sold as many as 125 printers (UV + eco-solvent).

Speaking on the response from the market, Tejinder says, “We understand the importance of responding to an individual especially when it comes to building and maintaining relationship and showing concerns to him being a valued customer. Not anyone can just do it. For this, the ability to understand the issues and corresponding corrective measures without any delay is always vital.”

He further adds that to complete specific demands of customers, CDI has a dedicated helpline. “Our specialists take calls and quickly answer customer’s enquiries over phone. Having an elongated standing in the industry, we have developed a very good relationship with our clients and try to provide fast and accurate service,” he asserts.

He further informs that key strengths at CDI comprise latest technology, strong infrastructure and customer-focused approach. “With a motto to give best services to our clients, our technical team is available 24X7 to support our network of dealers across the length & breadth of the country,” he adds.

Sharing his manufacturing experience, Tejinder says CDI diversified into manufacturing just last year with promise to meet all the needs of its valuable customers who were heavily relying on imports. “With a capacity to produce more than 30 printers a month, we offer three models of eco-solvent printer – SuperJet, MegaJet and PowerJet, featuring 512/512i/1024i and Panasonic 400W along with select UV printers.”

Spread across 1000 sq m, the production plant of CDI is well-equipped with all the latest machineries to develop most advanced eco-solvent printers. The company claims to be equally competent with the quality of imported stuff especially that of the Chinese printers. “When it comes to pricing, our printers are competitively priced. Adding to it is our local manufacturing base, which make us available to them for any of their problems – be it technical or otherwise,” says Singh.

In all, CDI promises its clients to offer solution for all printing needs to avail most of the opportunities present in the market. The company, with its entire range of cost-effective, affordable and long lasting printing machines, also offers spare parts like printheads (EPSON, KM, Spectra, etc.) and accessories like Eco-Solvent, Sublimation & UV inks.

Going forward, Tejinder suggests that in wide -format print technology, signage & home décor are rapidly emerging segments. Owing to printers increasing personalisation abilities, PSPs are now able to offer tailored designs for creating unique interiors. As these requirements continue to evolve, the print industry will accordingly adapt to the changing demands of the market place.Affordability with quality is the USP of Color Digital India.
