Further, Goldtech Graphics also recently bagged the ‘Iconic Business Summit Award 2022’ given by Topnotch Foundation in the category ‘Most Iconic Manufacturer of Premium Quality Flex & UV Flatbed Printers in India.’

Best engineering & designing

Goldtech Graphics is acknowledged for its best in engineering, designing and supplying of a wide range machines of diverse technologies and models through its nine branches and a vast network of distributors across India. The portfolio consists of UV, solvent, and inkjet machines as well as a range of fiber laser cutting machines. The company serves its customers pan-India with coveted business solutions without compromising on quality and after-sales service.

Successful journey so far

The journey of Goldtech Graphics began in the year 2001 at Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. Thereafter another office in Uttar Pradesh was opened in Lucknow in 2006. Then the company’s Delhi office unveiled in 2009, following which it was registered as a private limited company in 2012, thus was born Goldtech Graphics Pvt Ltd. The company began manufacturing flex printing machines in the same year and sold more than 1800 printers still date.

Venture into UV domain

Following the success in solvent, Goldtech Graphics ventured into manufacturing UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers. In this, Narayan Gupta, Director, Goldtech Graphics Pvt Ltd, says, “Till date we have sold more than 300 UV printers. Soon after the expansion into UV domain, the company moved into manufacturing CO2 and fibre laser cutting machines. The next move of the company will be in manufacture textile printing machines.

For the Narayan-led team of Goldtech Graphics, they thrive on their USP which includes customer satisfaction, timely delivery of products and proactive after-sales service. This is the mantra of success for the team. “The mantra to be a winner is simple—you get what you focus on. This will remain the guiding philosophy behind our success story,” says Narayan.

Winning over competition

Sharing the company’s ups & downs in journey so far, Narayan asserts, “We are part of the industry for more than 20 years. At pan-India level we have branches and staff who deal our machines in every nook and corner of the country. In addition, we also have a team of engineers who provide instant service to our customers.”

Narayan adds, “We believe in a simple formula — always provide topnotch customer satisfaction/service as customers expect good, timely service and they will not put up with poor response time and bad attitude.” Around 75 percent of Goldtech Graphics’ clients believe that customer service always remains the true test of the company’s competency.

Durst P5 TEX iSUB receives OEKO TEX ECO PASSPORT ink certification

Durst has received a new ink certification that completes the ‘sustainable package’ of its P5 TEX iSUB printer—P5 Sublifix sublimation inks now have the ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX. Aimed at the soft signage market, Durst’s 3.3m wide P5 TEX iSUB, which was launched in April 2021, allows for direct printing onto polyester fabrics. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 compliance of the sublimation inks has always been very important to Durst, this now available independent confirmation by ECO PASSPORT of the P5 Sublifix Inks further confirms their efforts and responsibility to anchor impact reduction as a central argument in their customers’ production chains, said a statement from Durst Group HQ in Brixen, Italy. OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT is an independent certification system for chemicals, colourants and auxiliaries used in the textile and leather industry.

During a multistep process, each individual ingredient in the chemical product has been analysed to meet the statutory requirements. Certified products are safe to human and environmental health, can be used for ecologically responsible textile production and are listed on the OEKO-TEX Buying Guide (OEKO-TEX Buying Guide).
