Upgraded manufacturing
CSV has upgraded its advanced manufacturing setup with the adoption of a latest line of automated calendaring machines like Comerio Ercole, Berstorff and Shine-Kon Young Ding Co, with increased production capacity of 3000 tonnes/month. The company boasts of its ability to cater extremely thin PVC films up to 0.03mm (30 micron). Heavy thickness of the company’s rigid and soft films can go up to 2.0 mm (20 micron)

Product portfolio
The current product line of CSV consists of Flex Banner Media, Floorings, Rigid PVC Sheets, PVC Super Clear Films, PVC Tarpaulins, and Credit Card & Overlay Films, which are manufactured at the company’s state-of-the-art Kashipur plant in Uttarakhand. The plant is qualified for ‘Environment Management System’ by ISO 14001: 2004, ensuring an overall safe and clean operation.
The installed PVC conversion capacity of the CSV plant is 36,000 tonnes/annum. The machineries consist of four lines of PVC calendaring, lamination and printing, which are imported from Italy, Germany, Taiwan, South Korea, and China. After all, the CSV team of well-trained factory personnel has been an added advantage for the values and qualities in production which the company has achieved so far.
Latest update
Diversification in the production process of CSV took place during and after the pandemic. Other than the films for usual applications like signage and display graphics, the company manufactures rainwear and other PVC geotextile films. In addition, CSV also imports artificial grass for floor and a new range of PVC flooring films. Home décor is a sector where CSV is focusing on for further expansion.
