Caldera announces driver support for Canon RTR printers

New series of roll-to-roll printers from Canon includes four models—Canon IPF GP200, Canon IPF GP300, Canon IPF GP2000 and Canon IPF GP4000, all of which are now compatible with CalderaRIP software. CalderaRIP embeds powerful features and technologies for prepress and colour management, including: the possibility to easily use white and varnish spot inks; the latest version of Adobe PDF Print Engine to ensure accurate design reproduction and the premium X-Rite i1Prism Profiler to manage ICC profiling, keep control over colours, ensure smooth gradients and achieve coherent results on all printers. The solution integrates seamlessly in any wide format print and cut environment. Compatible with more than 1600 digital printers and cutters from major manufacturers, Caldera helps users save time and achieve coherent results on their entire production fleet.
