Monotech to highlight innovative range of products at Media Expo New Delhi 2021

Main highlights

The range of UV machines from Monotech showcasing in Media Expo New Delhi 2021 includes Pixeljet miniRTR, 6-ft UV LED roll-to-roll printer and Pixeljet Ultron UV hybrid printer. The company’s newly launched Pixeljet miniRTR is a UV LED roll-to-roll printer, which is equipped with the new advanced RICOH industrial grade printheads. The printheads are considered to be most popular when it comes to the UV printing technology.

Pixeljet miniRTR can deliver a printing speed of up to 150 sq ft /hr, based on the printhead and colour configurations. The roll-to-roll printer also brings the media versatility and capable to print on a wide range of indoor and outdoor media such as transparent materials, self-adhesive vinyl, outdoor media, films, leather and also on décor media like wallpapers, window blinds, wall decals, canvas, etc

On other side, PixeljetUltron is a high-speed UV hybrid printer with an LED UV curable inkjet system that offers the capability of printing a large size on a rigid as well as soft media. It is idle for short to high level production of multiple jobs with variety of sized media.

Pixeljet miniRTR moves forward towards ‘green’ printing

Focusing on future technologies, innovation and a step towards ‘green’ printing, Monotech Systems launched Pixeljet miniRTR as a new version of their existing six feet UV LED roll-to-roll printer. The advanced version of miniRTR is capable of printing high quality indoor and outdoor signage along with various interior décor applications. “This new advanced version of miniRTR is now available with the RICOH industrial grade printheads which is the most popular head when it comes to UV printing technology,” says, Manoj Garg. He adds, “The RICOH industrial grade printhead offers enhanced productivity that enables the miniRTR to deliver a printing speed of up to 150 sq ft /hr (based on the printhead and coloor configurations). It also brings the media versatility and enable the printing on wide range of indoor, and outdoor applications such as transparent materials, self-adhesive vinyl, outdoor materials, films, leather, and also on décor applications such as wallpapers, window blinds, wall decals, canvas, etc.”

The new Pixeljet miniRTR UV LED RTR printers are available in six- and four-colour versions. Equipped with a UV LED lamp, the printers allow users to print on a variety of media and save energy, cost and time.

One of the main features of the newly launched Pixeljet miniRTR is its four-colour optional varnish plus white and clear ink version, which can print white in different modes, improving the opacity of printed materials, increasing colour contrast and readability. It also delivers embossing effects for various digital decorations. The new Pixeljet miniRTR is designed for mid-range users who want to switch from eco-solvent to UV printing economically on a budget.
