APSOM Infotex Unfolding A New Era Of 3D Wallpaper Printing With DIMENSE Technology At Media Expo Mumbai 2020
APSOM Infotex has announced its partnership with Lithuania-based Veika for exclusive India distributorship of DIMENSE 3D wallpaper printing technology. Veika is inventor of this advanced technology. Live demo of Dimense technology and a broad range of 3D custom-made wallpaper samples will be displayed at APSOM Infotex’s stand during Media Expo Mumbai 2020, scheduled to be held from February 20-22 at BEC, Mumbai.

Veika, a Lithuanian producer of innovative wallpaper materials and technologies, presents DIMENSE, a 3D digital wide-format printing technology. DIMENSE technology allows designing unique structures and colour combinations, to create one-of-a-kind innovative printing solutions. DIMENSE technology does exactly what its name implies—it gives a new ‘dimension’ to digital printing.
DIMENSE technology makes possible to print unique embossing on an item at the same time it is digitally printed virtually in any size without repeating for embossing pattern. So, structure and motif can be perfectly matched to each other, or the structure may be completely different than the picture itself – it all depends on the designer’s creativity. In order to achieve this result, Veika offers a complete solution—Dimensor S printer, media and water-based latex inks. Dimensor S printer allows continuous printing and embossing simultaneously. It consists of two main components—inkjet printer and calender.
DIMENSE technology inherited the possibility to print tailor-made images of any size from digital printing and effective formation of physical structure from the wallpaper industry. The combination of both allows printing unique and unseen digitally structured images, adding both colour and dimension to prints.
Dimensor S delivers outputs with high resistance quality, which do not fade in direct exposure to light, making it perfect for high traffic areas such as hotels, retail and corporate environments. The printer can print at the speeds of up to 30sq m/hr with a print width of 1.6m. DIMENSE is a green technology based on eco-friendly latex inks and PVC-free structure-forming Ecodeco wall media. “It’s the world’s first printer that makes digital print and embossing simultaneously and effectively.
